1. Acceptance

By using https://ellioraportabletoilets.shop or renting equipment from Elliora Portable Toilets, you agree to these terms.

2. Quotes & Pricing

Quotes are valid for 30 days. Final pricing is confirmed at booking. Additional service days, damage, or after-hours emergency dispatch may result in additional charges.

3. Delivery & Pickup

Customer is responsible for ensuring a safe, level, and accessible placement location. Delays or relocation due to inaccessible sites may incur additional fees.

4. Damage & Loss

Customer is responsible for reasonable care of rented equipment. Damage beyond normal wear, vandalism, or loss may be billed at replacement cost.

5. Cancellation

Standard rentals may be cancelled up to 24 hours before delivery without charge. Event and luxury trailer cancellations within 7 days may be subject to a fee.

6. Limitation of Liability

Elliora Portable Toilets's liability is limited to the amount paid for the rental in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
